I walk because I can, I walk because I must, I walk because it is the one thing I can do to help find a cure for Breast Cancer.

I walked the San Diego 3-Day/60 Mile walk in 2003. I walked as part of a team "Campo Wildflowers", four women from the backcountry/rural area in San Diego. I can think of few thing I have done in my life that are as meaningful and fullfilling as participating in this walk. The bond and friendship that we, as a team, developed was beyond measure. On Closing Day 2003 I vowed to walk again in 2004, and walk I shall.

For 2004 I will be walking with my sister in the San Francisco 3-Day. We will be a team of two "My Sister & I", but I know we will have all the strength and spirit from Campo Wildflowers behind us.
